Minimal maintenance for you
Daily use only requires replacing the adhesive bandtapes and cleaning the armbands with a soft cloth soaked in alcohol between each patient. Our teams take care of the rest:

- Level 1 and 2 technical support
- Preventive maintenance and replacement of components if necessary
The traceability of the device’s components is ensured by the UDI mentioned on the packaging

Thermodiag is a non-invasive medical device designed to be immediately operational. No specific adjustments or extensive training are required. The pack is delivered complete and ready to use: Monitoring Tablet, Armbands, Docking Station, power supply and Bandtapes. Activation is handled remotely by our teams and training for the medical staff is provided on site upon delivery. Once installed, the system operates autonomously for 24 hours. Each Bandtape is packaged in an individual sachet, identified by a batch number and expiry date, and tracked by UDI on the group sachet. Packaging in boxes of 100 units facilitates stock management and tracking. The solution is compatible with hospital or home hospitalisation logistics, with the option of split deliveries if necessary.
Thermodiag is designed to integrate easily into your processes. Costs are controlled and two options are available: purchase or rental with the same guarantees for equipment, service and recycling.
